This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 30, 2009:
In our home--it's small in size, but big in love. Our kitchen is the main hub of activity. We share this space with three dogs and two cats.

Always love to see this photo, makes me feel comfortable, like during Christmas waiting for the gifts in front of the Christmas tree :)) There is love energy there!
……and a smiling dog to greet you at the door! My chickens would smile but they have no lips. I will smile instead.
Sandi - I should have known better than to read your comment while drinking hot tea. It just SHOT OUT MY NOSE as I laughed while reading ” … they have no lips.”
I've never had chickens, but I did have two geese (Molly & Dexter) and two ducks (Sophie & Butch).
We have three dogs and two cats that greet us with unconditional love when we get home each evening. [That's not actually true. They greet us extatically because we have opposable thumbs and can get into their food with ease]. The largest is Willa, an Irish Wolfhound. The middle one is Lexi, a Standard Poodle. [I can NOT believe I don't have her photo in my album - that will be remedied shortly.] The smallest one is Claire, a West Highland White Terrier. We also have two cats - Patrick and Dougan (older gentlemen that were both born in 1991).
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you had an outstanding day!
Here's Miss Lexi …
Wow! Laurie I didn't know you had so many four legged residents in your home. And they all see to be very remarkable characters. Lovely home and I can hear the wind in the trees.
Terrill -
Oh yes, we've got quite a menagerie. Some people call me Dr. Doolittle!
I, too, love the trees that stand sentinal over our little home; I'm glad you heard the wind passing through them.
